Shipping policy

Order fulfillment and shipping begin after payment is received. No exact date or time of shipment or delivery is guaranteed. Shipping may be affected by events beyond the seller’s control, including carrier disruptions, weather, or other force-majeure conditions.

Orders are shipped using United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping charges are based on order weight and destination state. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an address that is incorrect or incomplete as provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Orders ship F.O.B. New Jersey. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon tender to the carrier. Delays, loss, or damage occurring after shipment are governed by the carrier’s policies and limitations.

This policy applies only to shipping and delivery matters. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by the Return Policy.
