All products offered are vintage unless otherwise stated. Product descriptions, photographs, and other representations are provided for identification purposes only and are not guaranteed to be exact. Variations in color, finish, condition, or appearance may occur due to age, manufacturing methods, storage, or display conditions.
ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance by Naus Trimming Co., Inc. Payment must be received and processed before an order is accepted. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders in the event of errors, availability issues, or other circumstances. Returns and refunds are governed solely by our Return Policy.
PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice and apply at the time an order is placed. Prices do not include shipping, handling, taxes, or other charges unless expressly stated. Errors in pricing or product information may be corrected, and affected orders may be canceled or adjusted.
SALES TAX AND EXEMPTIONS
Sales tax is collected where required by law based on the shipping destination and the nature of the items purchased. Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Until tax-exempt status is approved and reflected on your customer account, sales tax will be charged where applicable.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Order fulfillment and shipping begin after payment is received, and no exact date or time of shipment or delivery is guaranteed. Shipping may be affected by events beyond the seller’s control, including carrier disruptions, weather, or other force-majeure conditions. All orders ship F.O.B. New Jersey, and title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon tender to the carrier. Shipping methods, charges, address requirements, and claims procedures are governed by the Shipping Policy, which is incorporated by reference and forms part of these Terms of Service. Shipping matters do not alter or expand return or refund rights, which are governed separately by the Return Policy.

Naus Trimming Co., Inc. is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Naus Trimming Co., Inc. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Naus Trimming Co., Inc., including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products.
